Villa Tily is a dazzling brand new retreat located close to the town of Corfu and a five minute drive from the nearest beach. Fully contemporary inside and out, the four bedroom residence offers a dashing alternative to the traditional Corfiot architecture that calls for Venetian-influenced stone-built structures with intricate ornamentation.

Instead, the villa boasts clean-lined geometric volumes painted in a dazzling white that creates a sharp yet alluring contrast with its natural setting, like a futuristic oasis smack in the middle of a virgin forest. The villa's outdoor area is decked with stone and fitted with shaded lounge and dining spots and a 70m2 swimming pool.

The interior is spacious and light-filled, with a minimal chic aesthete. The space is pierced by vast windows that blur the distinction between inside and out. The lack of ornamentation serves a dual purpose -it allows the landscape to play the leading role and it highlights the designer furniture that defines the rooms.

A glass-and-steel staircase leads to the upper floor and the villa' s the bedrooms, all decorated with just the bare essentials and fitted with wide windows that frame eye-catching views of the landscape.
